We are a husband and wife duo, dedicated to serving others.

About Us

Ryan's Laundry Repair is a trusted, family-operated business, specializing in professional laundry machine repairs for commercial clients With a focus on efficiency and quality service.

 

​Ryan: I moved from Georgia to California to marry the love of my life five years ago. I brought with me my southern hospitality and customer service experience. When I landed a job in laundry repair, I truly found my passion. I became so passionate about the trade, in fact, that I knew we needed to start our own business. So Ryan's Laundry Repair was born, and I couldn't be more happy about it.

 

​Ashley: I landed my first job working for an independent bookstore, where customer service was pursued with genuine smiles while authentic relationships between bookseller and customer were nourished. I took these values with me into teaching English to speakers of other languages and eventually serving my community as a paraeducator for nuerodivergent grade school students. Now, I am blessed to also work side by side my hardworking husband to serve the Bay Area's laundry needs.​​

What machines do we service?

We service front and top loader washers and dryers. We also service stackable machines, but we do not service washer-dryer combos.

What brands do we not service?

Apologies, we currently do not service Samsung or Bosch machines.

Do you charge a diagnostic fee?

Yes, our diagnostic fee is $55.

What can I expect when i ask to book an appointment?

We will ask you for the following information:

first and last name, Company name, address of property or home, email address, and current

issue with the machine.

What brands do we service?

We service Speed Queen, Maytag, Whirlpool, LG, and GE.

Are parts an extra cost on top of the service fee?

Yes, any parts that are needing replacement will be charged on the invoice along with the shipping cost.

What is the typical wait time for service?

We do our best to get out to you either same day or next day.

do i need to prepay and what forms of payment do you accept?

Prepaying is necessary for parts costing $100 or more.

We accept cash, personal checks, paypal, and zelle. you will see the details on the invoice that we will send to your email address.
